We had the pleasure of working with Georgia and Adam to sell our home early this year and highly recommend them whether you're selling or buying! Selling a home in the midst of preparing everything for an across the country move was sometimes a daunting process but Georgia and Adam truly made us feel like we were in good hands and put our mind at ease throughout the whole selling process. There was not a single occasion that we had to follow up or "remind" them about anything. Thanks to Georgia, our house looked amazing for the photo shoot and the showings. We bought a house with Adam and Georgia (Chasen Group) while we were in another remote state. I was looking for almost a month and many realtors had offered me to be a buyer agent yet I thought I could buy without an agent and get a better deal. In fact, I found Adam completely by chance when I called to ask about a listed house for sale. Once I talked to Adam, I realized his honesty and helpfulness right away and decided to work with him to find my house here. After that, Adam and Georgia made the whole process much easier than we imagined. Georgia was very precise, well organized and to the point. We didn't have to explain a lot about what we were looking for and there was absolutely no pressure for many houses that they showed us. They were with us at every step of the way, very honest and thorough. They would explain all details, give us useful advice, answer all of our questions, follow up on all concerns and questions, were exceptionally responsive either through phone or email, and had a vast knowledge of the area and property. I am truly pleased working with Georgia and Adam and really recommend working with them to anyone who is looking for the most honest and helpful realtors.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I had the great pleasure of working with Adam. He was highly recommended by a friend and, despite the fact that his base office was 45 miles away, he was clearly the perfect fit. He made the house look better than I ever imagined. The pictures were almost surreal. “Is that really my house”. He gave us data to understand the market. He was there day after day after day showing the house and always giving a detailed update at the end of the day. It was obvious that he really cared. This was not the usual going through the motions that I had seen in my previous house sales. But listen to this...1 day before settlement with an out of state buyer who was coming in for the settlement, we had a pump failure that led to a flooded basement. Adam was there the second he heard. He was there the entire day and well into the evening. He managed the mitigation company, the buyer, the agent, the relocation company and most importantly, he managed our “dear in the headlights” anxiety. Our worst nightmare. Adam took charge and solved the problem. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without his help. Despite the crisis, we settled 5 days later. So, if you want someone to truly work for you, not just in word, but in real life, then Adam is the right fit. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Adam!
Among the vast preponderance of merely adequate real estate agents are a surprisingly select few who actually weave together the best attributes of trusted advisor, concierge, scrappy worker-bee, and psychotherapist. The Chasen’s all-of-the-above work ethic over the course of months in a historically tight market gave us a demonstrable edge in our home purchase and, more than anything, proved them to be the one thing that matters here: a true value-add.
Adam and Georgia are wickedly responsive, knowledgeable and hardworking. We especially appreciated their willingness to preview homes in person to save us unneeded visits and their ability to give us creative ideas at both the search and offer phases. We are reasonably sophisticated buyers, but they consistently impressed with strategies that never would have occurred to us. Everyone’s situations will be different, but suffice it to say they are mentally nimble and will approach nothing about your purchase (or sale) with a cookie cutter except the actual cookies they will frequently bake for you.
Yes, yes, we love our new home. The only reason we’d consider moving any time soon would be for the opportunity to work with Adam and Georgia again. We should all be so lucky.
